General Information Only

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It may contain general information about our services, pricing, marketing strategies, results and industry topics relevant to cleaning businesses. This information is not intended to be comprehensive and may not suit every business's individual circumstances.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of specific marketing, ranking, revenue or lead-generation results. Any decision about your marketing budget or strategy should take into account your own business circumstances, and you should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

03

No Guarantee of Service Availability

Information about our services is provided as a general description only. Availability may depend on factors including your location and industry, the scope and complexity of your marketing needs, our current capacity and onboarding schedule, your existing website, ad accounts or technical setup, and applicable laws or platform policies (including Google and Meta advertising policies).

The inclusion of a service on this website does not guarantee it will be available, appropriate or suitable for your business. We may change, suspend, discontinue or vary any service information on this website at any time without notice.

04

Website Enquiries and Online Forms

The website allows users to submit enquiries, audit requests or contact form submissions. By submitting information through the website, you confirm that the information is true, accurate, current and complete; you are authorised to provide it; it does not infringe the rights of any person; and it is not misleading, offensive, unlawful or harmful.

Submission of an enquiry or form does not create a client relationship, service agreement or other binding arrangement with The Moppsters. We are not required to accept any enquiry, audit request or other submission made through the website.

05

Client Services and Separate Agreements

These Terms of Service apply only to access to and use of the website. If we agree to provide marketing services to a client — including website development, SEO, Google & Meta Ads, social media management or AI receptionist services — those services will be governed by a separate service agreement, proposal, scope of work or similar client documentation.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency in relation to the relevant services.

06

We may edit testimonials for length, clarity or privacy reasons, provided the meaning is not materially changed.

11

We aim to keep this website available and functional but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or available at all times. We may, at any time and without notice, suspend access, withdraw content, perform maintenance, or discontinue any website feature. We endeavour to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that website content — including pricing, service descriptions or reported results — is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. We may update, amend or remove website content at any time without notice.

18

Limitation of Liability

This exclusion applies whether liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.

19

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, we limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This indemnity is reduced to the extent that loss is caused by our own unlawful act, negligence or wilful misconduct.

21

No Waiver

A failure by The Moppsters to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver is only effective if given in writing and applies only to the specific matter for which it is given.

22

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent of the invalidity. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

23
